Job summaryThis is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the start of their digital transformation journey. As a Digital Project Manager you will be at the heart of delivering some key digital solutions that enable our services to transform. We are seeking an experienced digital project manager to initially support the Trust with their automation journey utilising robotic process automation and power automate technologies along with other projects over time. This includes assistance for services in defining project objectives and overseeing quality control and risk management, creating and managing project teams to facilitate the delivery of workstreams for the during of projects. The team provide project guidance and support to key stakeholders in assigned projects of varying scope from corporate to clinical services, managing and utilising available resources effectively. This post is initially for a 12 month period with an option to extend subject to funding.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will be responsible for leading and managing defined project/s for the Trust. This includes assistance for services in defining project objectives and overseeing quality control and risk management, creating and managing project teams to facilitate the delivery of workstreams for the during of projects. Providing project guidance and support to key stakeholders in assigned projects of varying scope from corporate to clinical services, managing and utilising available resources effectively. The post holder will provide leadership and focus for their project team and will pro-actively communicate with key stakeholders on the development and delivery of their project, ensuring that they are managed in line with best practice standards and that risks are managed and benefits realised.
