As an Executive Assistant you will be providing high quality support to the executive team/senior management to ensure the continuing success of the group. What Is Required Daily support to executive leaders on a professional and personal level. Organise meetings and events on behalf of executive team, including managing the agenda, and ensuring they are well-prepared. Produce and amend documents, briefing papers, reports, general correspondence, and presentations. Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests, prioritising and corresponding on behalf of the executive team and act as 'gatekeeper'. Prioritise workload, handling all requests received both internally and externally, providing support and guidance as required. Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to ensure effective organisation of the diary, appointments, logistics and itinerary and provide cover for each other in times of absence. Handle sensitive information always maintaining confidentiality. What You Need Prior experience of being an executive assistant or similar. Ability to minute meetings, organise own workload, influence and negotiate, plan and coordinate events and pre-empt support requirements. Excellent organisational skills. Strong administration skills. Advanced knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant packages with fast and accurate typing skills, and a high level of grammar, spelling and punctuation. Experience of working with data and producing reports. Possess the ability to communicate confidently with senior managers Ability to persuade and influence others.
