An exciting opportunity is currently available for a bright, capable data-orientated Graduate to join a well-established and well-respected organisation in the Richmond area. The successful candidate will be working in-house in a role focused on administration and student support related to an online MSc Programme. This will involve liaising regularly with current and potential students, providing them with information often relating to fees or term dates etc. and dealing with general queries. For the right candidate there is an opportunity to study for a fully sponsored MSc in Econometrics. Responsibilities: Providing support and advice to UK and international students Dealing with a range of general enquiries Liaising with Professors / Lecturers via Moodle Organising training calendars and booking courses Requirements: A 2:1degree in a Data/Statistics focused subject (Mathematics, Data Science, Psychology etc.) Proficiency with software package such as Econometrics, SPSS or Stata is desirable Any experience working in administration/Higher Education could be advantageous Highly organised and excellent communicator, both written and verbal A strong working knowledge of Microsoft365 applications (Office, Teams, Outlook) Happy to work on-site in Richmond area If you think you’re suitable for this role, then please click 'APPLY’ now!
