Required Skills & Experience Previous experience working for a brand marketing agency, managing packaging. Strategic mindset, you can see the bigger picture and make longer term plans, ensuring these align to total business goals. A real people person, you can establish and develop long term relationships with clients, you will have had previous experience working with clients in the FMCG/retail industry. Excellent listening skills, mean you listen to your clients’ requirements, understand their business needs and can build a plan accordingly. You may be an established Account Manager that’s eager to step up, you could already be a Senior Account Manager level but are looking for a new challenge.
