Job summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic nurse with a passion for providing excellent care and services to people living with Multiple Sclerosis. We seek a Band 7 MS specialist practitioner with extensive knowledge and understanding of the needs of those with advanced MS and their families. The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical expertise and skills, enabling them to plan, deliver, and coordinate complex care in both routine and non-routine situations, ensuring that the needs of individuals with advanced MS and their caregivers are met. You will manage your own caseload autonomously. Significant post-registration experience and knowledge of MS are essential, along with a willingness to learn and a positive, 'can-do' attitude. This role within a multi-professional environment will challenge you to innovate in your field, push forward, and act as a role model for high standards of care through clinical practice. You will serve as the professional clinical link across all areas of care for individuals with MS, providing comprehensive support from diagnosis through ongoing treatment.
