What you'll do: • Accurately resolve complex financial queries and ensure care payments are processed correctly and in a timely manner. • Deal with a high volume of queries via our email inbox, authorise payments, and reconcile accounts. • Help improve our current processes and policies. • Build supportive and collaborative internal and external working relationships with customers and colleagues.
