Main duties include: • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. • Delivering professional customer service by assisting in-store customers and handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. • Maintain records of inventory, sales orders, and supplier information. • Prepare and manage documentation such as invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders. • Monitor and update customer databases and business records.
