Job summary The Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) will work autonomously within their scope of practice, managing a diverse caseload, assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with acute and chronic conditions. While the ANP will make independent clinical decisions, they will always have access to GP support when needed. The role involves working as an ANP on Duty, handling urgent and routine cases, and supporting the delivery of high-quality primary care services. Additionally, the ANP will undertake clinical administrative responsibilities, such as reviewing test results, managing specialist instructions, and contributing to chronic disease management.
