Permanent | Full-time We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Advanced Pharmacist to support the development, and ongoing management of the EPMA system across Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust. You will work within the pharmacy EPMA team in collaboration with the Trust Digital Team. About You: You are a qualified pharmacist (MPharm or equivalent) with GPhC registration and a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or IT. You bring a wealth of post-registration experience in hospital pharmacy, and a sound understanding of EPMA systems. You are self-motivated, adaptable, and able to engage well with team members. You will report to the Lead Pharmacist (EPMA), and your responsibilities will include: Support the implementation and management of EPMA in designated clinical areas (e.g., outpatient services or off-site locations) Contribute to system configuration, validation, testing, and deployment Support the build and development of the EPMA system, to align with the Trust formulary Ensure the EPMA system upholds patient safety, data accuracy, and secure access Deputise for the Lead Pharmacist for EPMA At Sheffield Children’s, our purpose is clear: to provide healthier futures for children and young people.
