Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Band 5 Community Registered Nurse to come and join us in our Community District Nurse teams in Solihull. Community District Nursing is a busy but rewarding job, you will be surrounded by friendly and supportive colleagues in an environment that encourages new ideas, innovation, and personal development. The team thrives on delivering high standards of care at all times in a safe, effective, and timely manner. The band 5 Registered Nurse role is to assist, without direct supervision, in the delivery of high standards of nursing care to patients in the community by following prescribed programmes of care. The role involves working autonomously and a car driver/owner. This post requires a motivational and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about patient care. You must be flexible, approachable, compassionate, motivated, and hardworking and be able to use your own initiative. The post holder will be expected to workdays and weekends including bank holidays, 37.5 hours per week. Part time/Flexible working will be considered.
