Job Details Hourly Rate: £12.75 Salary: £23280.40 - £24521.40 Per annum Hours: 35 Contract Duration: Permanent Grade: 4A Recruitment Profile To support the delivery of all aspects of the Bereavement Service within the Parks and Environment Service. You will gain an understanding of cemetery management, processes and procedures whilst in post and appropriate training will be provided. Support the care of customers and stakeholders, such as the public, funeral directors & monumental masons via telephone/written enquiries. • Support key business processes within the service, such as invoicing and finance, interment booking systems, headstone foundation requests & genealogy searches. • Support the ongoing management of the service through effective business reporting. • Support the digital transformation of the Service. Essential A good standard of general education including literacy and numeracy to at least SCQF 5 (Nat 5) or equivalent as a minimum.
