Job Summary About AttoLife Ltd : AttoLife is a pioneering company specialising in DNA and Forensic Toxicology testing. We provide cutting edge testing services to Legal Professionals and Local Authorities across the whole of the UK all from our head office based 10 miles north of Norwich. Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be engaging with solicitors and local authority teams to promote and sell our testing services. This role is integral to the continued success of AttoLife Ltd, requiring a proactive approach to sales and exceptional relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: ● Outbound prospecting activities to new target accounts via, phone, email and social platforms ● Handling inbound customer enquiries via email and phone, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. ● Preparing and delivering quotations to clients based on the information provided. ● Offering general advice to clients on our testing services, while directing technical enquiries to our Laboratory Team. ● Accurately entering details into our CRM ● Attending Industry events across the UK ● Maintaining excellent customer relations and ensuring the confidentiality of all client information. What We’re Looking For: We are seeking candidates with proven outbound sales experience who thrive in a dynamic sales environment. The ideal candidate will possess: ● Confident communication and active listening skills. ● An assertive, yet friendly and professional manner. ● A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to think quickly and adapt to challenges. ● Self-motivation and a drive to meet and exceed targets set by the Sales Manager. ● A passion for working in a vibrant, fast-paced office environment. Additional Information: ● Location: Our head office is located 10 miles north of Norwich ● Training: No prior knowledge of DNA or Forensic Toxicology testing is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. ● Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. ● Compensation: Basic Salary £26,000 - £29,000 dependent on experience, plus a quarterly performance based bonus (OTE £40K year one, £55k year 2) Benefits: ● Company pension ● Flexible schedule ● Free on-site parking Schedule: ● Day shift, Monday to Friday Requirements: ● Education: GCSE or equivalent (required) ● Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a B2B sales environment ● Licence/Certification: Valid driving licence (required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year Additional pay: Quarterly bonus Benefits: Company pension On-site parking Experience: B2B sales: 1 year (required) Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required) Work Location: Remote.
