Job summary The NEMS Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights. Supporting our strategic direction to be a data rich organisation, allowing data and information to drive our business decisions. This position involves developing and maintaining structured data processes to monitor and evaluate performance against service agreements and contractual obligations, ensuring the accurate measurement, monitoring and submission of key performance indicators (KPIs). The post holder will be responsible for developing and managing data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. Designing and delivering dashboards using Power BI while providing vital business intelligence that supports decision-making processes aimed at improving organisational performance and patient care.
