Providing an excellent standard of Instructing and assessing to a range of students, you will have proven knowledge and up-to-date industry expertise in a range of aspects related to professional cookery. You should have a relevant level 3 professional cookery qualification (or equivalent), level 2 in Food safety and a good standard of education, including a Level 2 in maths and English at grade C/ 4 or above. You should also have, or be committed to achieving, an Assessor Award and a teaching qualification within a specified period. This post is based at Suffolk New College, Ipswich Campus.
