Job Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to assist the Community Neurological Rehabilitation Service administration service at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-motivated and organised individual who will be able to maintain high personal and professional standards. Based within the CNRS department in Torfaen, the post holder will work with the CNRS team to assist and maintain the running of the CNRS services. The post holder will provide a quality patient focused administration service for the CNRS team and its patients. Main duties of the job Based within the Community Neurological Rehabilitation Service (CNRS) department in Torfaen, the post holder will assist the administration team CNRS to support and maintain the smooth running of the CNRS services. The postholder will utilise the WPAS (Welsh Pas Administration System) and in-house databases including Microsoft 365 and excel, to support the administration team. T The post holder will be expected to have excellent communication skills together with the ability to work as part of a team under the pressure of an office environment. The post holder will support the daily administrative running of the department for their own area, as well as complete basic housekeeping tasks, whilst organising and planning their own daily workload. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
