Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Fellow to join our friendly, enthusiastic Anaesthetic team at University Hospitals Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust (UHDB), based at the Royal Derby Hospital site. These are fixed term posts and any candidate who wishes to work less than full time will be considered and supported, taking into account service needs. Main duties of the job This post will provide you with the opportunity to gain further clinical anaesthetic experience, whilst explaining your knowledge and capabilities in selected clinical and non-clinical domains. On call duties will be on a 2-tier obstetric anaesthetic rota, working within a team of trainees, specialty and specialist anaesthetists, under the leadership of the Consultant on call. The Successful applicant will also participate in the provision of anaesthesia to patients across a range of surgical specialties based upon clinical experience and educational needs.
