The Ideal Candidate We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic leader with a strong background in residential home management. The ideal candidate will have: A proven track record in commissioning new homes. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and local authority processes Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team Excellent relationship-building skills within the local community Key Requirements Passion for delivering high-quality elderly and dementia care Extensive experience in commissioning and managing care homes Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures & CQC compliance Budget management experience What’s in It for You?
