To actively contribute to and participate in the provision of Safe, High Quality, Timely, Patient Facing Clinical Pharmacy Services within the Partnership Trust, as part of the Trust's Medicines Management Team To participate as an active member of specific ward/unit/clinical teams, and support medicines management staff in their roles and other healthcare professionals To provide expert pharmaceutical and clinical advice on all medicines and pharmaceutical related matters To develop and participate in the delivery of education and training sessions to patients/carers and other healthcare staff To support the implementation of the Medicines Optimisation strategy as part of the Medicines Management Team To participate in local audit work and the collection of clinical activity data to support service developments About us Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership trust received an overall rating of Good by the CQC.
