Job summary Post 1: 37.5 Hours per week (minimum 30 hours per week) Post 2: 20 Hours per week Within our busy Neighbourhood Team, we are looking for a Community Nurse, who is passionate about nursing and excited by change and who is keen to help shape a new way of delivering nursing care in the community. We are a team of creative health care professionals who are focused on compassionate care. We work closely with our GPs and work hard at developing relationships with other primary care services, drawing on the skills of our MDT colleagues to manage complex patients and ensure our services are as responsive and patient centred as possible. You will support in the education of student nurses pre and post registration, plus nurse associates and HCAs to a high standard.
