We work closely with our GPs and work hard at developing relationships with other primary care services, drawing on the skills of our MDT colleagues to manage complex patients and ensure our services are as responsive and patient centred as possible. You will support in the education of student nurses pre and post registration, plus nurse associates and HCAs to a high standard.
