Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you hold a full driving license with access to a vehicle suitable for business use. We have a vacancy for a 34 hour position with the Grange Dean team as part of hub 1 District nursing teams. Whilst this is the main team base, the role will involve working for all bases across the community division. We would welcome any informal visit to see our hubs in action and meet the teams.
