COVER MANAGER Permanent, Term time plus 2 weeks, 37 hours a week Points 12-17 of the SET Support Staff Salary Scale / FTE: £27,711 – £30,060 per annum Pro Rata: £24,446 – £26,991 per annum City Academy Norwich is a dynamic, nurturing learning community with the highest expectations and aspirations for our students and staff. Previous post holders have gone on to train and achieve QTS and have found the Cover Manager role invaluable in helping them along their career paths. As a Cover Manager you will be expected to: • lead the Cover Supervisor(s) within school to ensure they provide a high-quality service and be responsible for providing cover when required. • use the MIS system and maintain an up-to-date forward diary to support Headteacher making decisions regarding cover. • also act as a Cover Supervisor.
