About this role: At Clifton Private Finance, we specialise in delivering bespoke property and business finance solutions, including mortgages, bridging finance and commercial loans. This role is perfect for a results-driven individual with a strong sales background and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a Client Services Executive, you will play a key role in engaging with prospective clients, understanding their unique financial requirements, and qualifying their enquiry with the aim of setting up an appointment with one of our brokers. Your daily responsibilities will include making a high volume of outbound calls, responding to client emails, and handling inbound enquiries. Success in this role is recognised through an uncapped, performance-based bonus structure . While prior financial services experience is not essential, a willingness to learn and develop a sound understanding of our product offering is key to providing effective support to clients. You will be expected to meet weekly targets and use your excellent communication skills to build rapport and engage potential clients with confidence and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Proactively contact warm inbound leads via outbound calls and follow-up contacts to understand their financial needs Qualify enquiries and schedule appointments with our specialist finance brokers Build rapport quickly and professionally with prospective clients Achieve and exceed individual performance targets and KPIs Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture What we need from you: Ideally, a minimum of 2 years experience in a sales or telephony-based role Proven track record of success in outbound sales or lead conversion Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident, energetic, and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Able to handle objections and articulate value effectively Resilient under pressure and comfortable working to targets Financial services experience is an advantage but not essential - full training is provided A proactive learner with a genuine interest in property and business finance What we offer: Uncapped performance bonus structure Comprehensive training and support to help you develop Opportunities for career progression within a growing company Collaborative and positive team environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: £28,000.00 per year Additional pay: Performance bonus Benefits: Company pension Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
