Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with current SC clearance to lead and coordinate the delivery of digital and technology initiatives in a secure environment. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery, remove blockers, and enable continuous improvement in agile settings. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital services or technical products Build and maintain motivated delivery teams, facilitating agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, retrospectives) Ensure delivery is aligned to business objectives, prioritising work based on value and risk Identify and manage dependencies and risks across teams and programmes Foster strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively at all levels Use delivery metrics and data to drive decision-making and optimise performance Support teams in removing impediments and resolving delivery issues promptly Ensure compliance with government standards such as GDS or ITIL where applicable Essential Skills & Experience: Current SC (Security Check) Clearance Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in agile, digital or technology transformation projects Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills Experience delivering in fast-paced, secure environments (e.g., central government, defence, or critical infrastructure) Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering business value Desirable: Experience with government standards and frameworks (e.g., GDS, ITIL, PRINCE2) Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD principles Knowledge of commercial and procurement processes in the public sector Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., developers, designers, architects) Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure. This role at Amber Labs is a 12 Month salary based FTC position, and all employees are required to hold current SC .
