At UHI Moray, we're both the Community College for Moray, and the delivery arm of the University of the Highlands and Islands (UHI) in Moray. That means we're an integral part of the broad partnership that provides a tertiary offer of teaching , learning and research across the Highlands & Islands and beyond. We're now seeking a new Deputy Principal who will be responsible for the strategic development of the college curriculum and associated activities. You will lead our Senior Curriculum Team and facilitate the development of innovative practices and excellence with regards to Learning and Teaching. You will also provide leadership in the initiation, design, development and delivery of significant strategic projects. A strategic thinker with strong operational capabilities and excellent attention to detail, you will already have a well-developed understanding of academic provision and how it can change lives. You will also have experience of strategic engagement with both internal and external stakeholders and of working on a collaborative basis to deliver change. You will build strong collaborative relationships, and display resilience and good humour in this fast-changing and challenging environment. Most importantly, you will share our commitment to the College's strategic values and its mission of transformation for both individuals and for the communities we serve. All appointments are subject to the appropriate PVG Scheme membership or Disclosure Scotland check.
