Job summary There are two posts available across RTE District Nursing Team although the post holder may be required to work across both Rhondda and Taff Localities to meet the needs of the Service. An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced District Nurse to apply for the demanding role of District Nurse Team Leader. Main duties of the job The successful applicant will manage and lead a very busy team of District Nurses ensuring the seamless and safe delivery of 24/7 District Nursing care to a large caseload of acute and chronically ill patients. There is a minimum requirement for a highly flexible and enthusiastic approach to this challenging role as well as an ability to travel between sites in a timely manner.
