Job Description To Apply Click Here Early Years Practitioner - fixed term until 26/06/2025 Gylemuir Nursery Salary: £28,046 - £32,010 Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks We are looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and committed EYP to join our team. As Gylemuir Nursery is a 52 week nursery, the successful candidate will work flexibly over 4 shift patterns to meet the needs of individual children. They will be a team player who makes valuable contributions to the planning, facilitating and evaluating of high quality learning experiences. You must ensure that you have the required qualification(s) and experience for the post before you apply, so please refer to the attached documentation for requirements, or we will be unable to consider your appliaction. This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.
