We have an exciting opportunity for an Employment Support Coordinator to join the team on a full time, fixed term basis until December 2025. In return,you will receive a competitive salary of £26,891 - £28,719 per annum . Quickstart are the employment support team for Brockenhurst College, providing fully funded short courses to unemployed adults to support them back into work or move a step closer to employment. The team are based in Southampton and deliver courses all over Hampshire, Dorset and parts of Wiltshire. About the role: As the Employment Support Coordinator , you will oversee and coordinate effective office/administration as part of the Employment Support Services Team (QuickStart) and ensure the provision & documentation of high-quality guidance in relation to the training and work for adults. Responsibilities as our Employment Support Coordinator will include: Processing the enrolments, registrations and certification process of learners. Co-ordinating the administration & delivery of bespoke projects, including liaison with partner organisations/lead providers. Administration of examinations, both internal and external. Organising entries, invigilation and results processing, ensuring compliance with awarding body regulations and college policies. Supporting the HOC with tracking processes to ensure contract targets are met and audit requirements and paperwork processes meet expectations. Track income and mange reports, with accuracy & validity. Liaise with MI/College on any issues. Co-ordinating the internal & external audits and take a proactive role in supporting the quality of provision by working with relevant staff to ensure systems and procedures operate effectively for the needs of the learners and the quality requirements of ESFA, OFSTED and Matrix. Coordinating the IQA and EQA processes, ensuring the effective and timely sampling of assessments. Facilitating the collaboration and communication between IQA, EQA, tutors and other relevant staff members to ensure feedback is processed and received. Identifying areas where quality is poor or at risk, and develop processes to correct them As our Employment Support Coordinator , you’ll ideally have: Educated to Level 3 or above Completed or willing to work towards NVQ 3 in IAG Experience in the training/education sector Relevant experience of working in an Information and Advice setting with adult clients Competent IT skills - Microsoft Office, Internet, PowerPoint, Access, Word and Excel.
