Role overview Birtenshaw are looking to recruit an Administrator to provide proactive, professional administration support to the Estates and Transport team. Salary: £24,309 - £25,412 per annum, pro rata (£12.60 - £13.17 per hour). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: * Act as a first point of contact for estates and transport-related enquiries, both internal and external. * Maintain accurate records and databases, including maintenance logs, vehicle schedules, insurance details, and asset registers. * Support the coordination of building maintenance works, liaising with contractors, staff, and external agencies as required. * Monitor and process work requests and ensure timely completion of jobs.
