As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier talent within the communications and public affairs sectors. With a focus on Europe, we are looking for an individual who is adaptable and open to working across various European markets. Fluency in a European language would be advantageous, but not required, to succeed in this role. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across Europe. Conduct comprehensive candidate searches, including headhunting and talent mapping, with a focus on European markets. Provide expert guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring exceptional service delivery for both clients and candidates. Stay current with industry trends and market developments in Europe, offering valuable insights to clients and candidates.
