We're looking for a dynamic Head of Learning & Organisational Development to lead our strategic approach to workforce development, talent management, and inclusion. In this pivotal role, you'll: Shape and deliver our Learning & Organisational Development strategy to meet evolving service needs. Champion leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement. Drive our Inclusion agenda. Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to develop a culture of high performance and inclusion taking a 'One Council' approach. Enabling the transformation of our organisational culture by aligning learning, talent, and inclusion strategies with our strategic objectives. Develop and implement innovative talent and leadership programmes that support workforce planning and future capability needs. Influence and support the council's cultural shift through expert learning design and organisational development practices. You'll bring: Proven senior leadership experience in a complex organisation. Expertise in learning design and delivery, organisational development, and cultural transformation. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. A proactive, inclusive, and results-driven mindset.
