Main duties of the job Please be mindful that the wards provide a 24-hour a day, 7 days a week, inpatient service. Inpatient wards are an evolving service, open to change and developing new ways of working and demonstrate a positive profile within the Trust and with service users and carers. You will be expected to deliver high standards of person centred care showing empathy, patience and understanding at all times. In this role you will be actively involved in delivering direct patient care under the supervision of qualified nurses and other members of the team.
