The advert is for Care Assistants with at least 1 year's experience in Health care. Main duties of the job You will be working with the Nursing and Multi disciplinary Team to deliver high quality patient care to patients and relatives. You will be supporting the Nursing staff in ensuring that all documentation is up to date, observations are taken at the earliest possible time, reporting any changes in a patient's condition and making sure your area is kept safe and stocked. You will be trained in extended skills and if you have not already completed you care certificate then this will be offered to you.
