Job summary the job will entail working within a 14 bedded in patient setting and a ambulatory assessment area, for patients who have a clinical frailty score over 5 and who meet the frailty criteria for the unit The successful candidate should have demonstrable experience working in a hospital setting at NVQ Level 2 for a period of two years. **This vacancy will close once a sufficient number of applications has been received so please apply soon if interested** Main duties of the job Participates in all aspects of patient care with particular attention to personal hygiene and grooming and attending to toileting needsSupport of patients in managing incontinence and promotion of continence.The recording of a patient's fluid intake and output using fluid balance charts.Preparation and serving of patient's meals, drinks and snacks.
