We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Health Care Assistant to work in our busy MIU and UTC. You will be working day to day with a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team, caring for patients with a range of minor injuries or ailments who are booked in via 111 and other health care professionals or self present to the Unit. Under supervision of the practitioners you will be required to manage your own clinical workload and activities delegated to you. You must be computer literate. Experience of System 1 would be an advantage but full training will be given. The post is interesting and varied in our urgent care service and would suit a person already working in a healthcare environment. Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
