This role includes a wide range of administrative tasks; you will be supporting the people operations, talent acquisition and learning and development functions, who support 300 colleagues globally! Responsibilities: Managing the HR inbox to ensure queries are responded to in a timely manner Entering employment data into the company database (Bob) Maintain accurate HR records, with a well-organised digital file system, and a high standard of correspondence Assisting with the onboarding and hiring process Answering any employee inquiries either via email, team or in-person Documenting existing procedures Assist with induction schedules Maintaining training database Support in tracking staff absences, holidays etc. Manage employee triggers for length of service awards and probation passes Prepare letters and documentation such as offer letters, Amendments letters etc. Assist in data audits and reconciliation to identify and correct discrepancies and record accuracy Supporting with the administration of the recruitment process Creating and managing the approval of cost requisitions for the team What we're looking for Familiarity with HRIS systems Knowledge of human resources and employment law Previous HR administration experience, in an office-based environment Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, such as Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Teams We are actively committed to promoting a fully diverse and inclusive workforce and we welcome applications for this role from all candidates who meet the key requirements.
