Job summary THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT UNTIL 31ST MARCH 2026 DUE TO FUNDING. Powys Teaching Health Board have an exciting opportunity for a Information Analyst to join the Data & Business Intelligence Team. This is a full-time fixed term position until the end of March 2026 within the Allied Health Professionals, Health Sciences and Digital Directorate. The role is based in Bronllys Hospital, although agile working is encouraged and supported. Successful applicants must be able to occasionally travel and work on site, with a flexible approach to home working. Main duties of the job This role has a specific focus on supporting the Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (EPMA )implementation project. The analyst will be responsible for warehousing of data from the EPMA system and meeting reporting requirements. The role involves creating and maintaining reports that provide valuable insights into the EPMA system usage, effectiveness, and any areas of improvement. working directly with service users to understand their business requirements, acquiring data from a variety of different systems, managing the transition of data into the data warehouse, Experience with SQL, Experience of working with large datasets, Advanced Excel skills, and Experience of working with data visualisation tools such as SSRS or Power BI.
