Job summary We are looking for an Interim Service Improvement Team Leader, who will have specific responsibility as Deputy Product Owner for our core systems programme (CSP). This is an integral leadership position supporting the transformation of our core systems and mobilisation of the Case Hub system within Claims. You will play a key role in shaping our current and future work processes. As the Deputy Product Owner, you will support the Product Owner, Head of Performance and Improvement, and the wider Claims Directorate. Main duties of the job You will have significant decision-making responsibilities and will ensure the quality and structure of products developed to support claims management within CSP. You will also be responsible for identifying and prioritising continuous improvement of the system that meets the objectives of the Claims Directorate and the Claims Evolution Programme (CEP). You will lead subject matter experts, and coordinate colleagues and leaders across the directorate to ensure cohesion around delivery of Case Hub and associated training, process documentation and effective preparation of cases before the migration to ensure a smooth transition.
