Advert The Investment and Repairs Performance Officer will develop, implement and monitor performance management systems, prepare and integrate customer satisfaction and quality assurance in relation to housing investment and repair and maintenance programmes while taking into account customer feedback and also contribute to continuous service improvement. It is essential you have previous experience of performance management; analysing and reporting data; writing detailed reports and promoting quality in all service areas including delivery of customer focused outcomes. You must have effective written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal, analytical, IT, negotiating and problem solving skills; demonstrate motivation and enthusiasm and have a positive and helpful attitude. You must have the ability to effectively manage and deliver on a variety of projects, organise your own workload, work to tight deadlines under pressure and develop and implement service improvements. An understanding of housing investment and regeneration programmes, knowledge of housing regulatory requirements, including relevant legislation and national policy frameworks and experience working with housing management and repair management systems is desirable but not essential. A professional qualification of CIH or relevant/equivalent degree is also desirable as is a full current driving licence.
