We're offering a £2,000 Recruitment Incentive (on successful completion of probation period – T&Cs apply) to skilled individuals who join our electrical teaching team. ABOUT THE ROLE You'll work with a skilled and supportive team to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment in electrical installation to both apprentices and full-time learners. You'll also contribute to curriculum design, learner support, and the delivery of commercial qualifications for employers, such as 18th Edition and 2391, when required. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • A recognised Level 3 qualification or higher in Electrical Installations (HNC/HND/Degree) • Relevant and recent industry experience • Excellent organisational and communication skills • A passion for education and student development • A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive learning • Teaching and assessor qualifications are desirable – but if you don’t have them, we’ll help you achieve them!
