JOB VACANCY INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL Television Lecturer, Broadcasting Faculty of Creative Industries Permanent Hours: 21 hours per week Salary: From £40,170 up to £48,357 pro rata per annum (Candidates holding TQFE will commence on £46,310) The successful candidate will be assigned to the Faculty of Creative Industries Broadcasting curriculum team and teach the vocational subject of television to NQ, HN and BA students. Teaching will be varied and include aspects of programme development, production planning and realisation, camera operations and postproduction workflows. As a professional member of the teaching staff of the College, you will be responsible for the preparation of lessons, the teaching of students and the assessment of their work. The ideal candidate will possess relevant industry experience with skills in TV production ideally producing and directing content for network consumption or expertise in advanced camera and lighting operations. The successful candidate will also have a working knowledge of post school education and of curriculum development at a national/higher level, with good skills in communication and working with others.
