Purpose of the role: · Provide general legal advice to all departments within the bank. · Support strategic initiatives including product development and other projects · Provide oversight of customer contractual documentation and certain customer communications. · Review and/or negotiate commercial contracts with the bank’s suppliers. · Liaise with external lawyers and insolvency practitioners to ensure the bank obtains sound, pragmatic legal and insolvency-related advice. · Provide non-legal colleagues with training and know-how on legal topics.
