This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join our energetic marketing team. This is a full time, permanent position. The aim is to enhance the information provided to the local community, GPs and allied health professionals about the range and quality of services provided at The New Foscote Hospital. As the Marketing Executive you will provide administrative and technical support for marketing activities. You will be part of a dynamic team that is constantly looking for ways to innovate and improve. The appointee will assist in the production of marketing publications and campaigns, social media, website updates and event support for the hospital, as well as provide general administrative support for the team when needed. The Hospital The New Foscote Hospital has been successfully established in Banbury for 40 years and has provided services and treatments to thousands of people from across the region during this time. We have over 50 consultants, all of whom are leaders in their specialist fields and choose to hold their private practices here, working alongside our friendly, highly qualified and experienced nursing and support teams. Our organisation has strong IT, operational, clinical governance and accountancy support. The New Foscote Hospital is owned, managed and run by clinicians. All colleagues are encouraged to feel empowered and to have an active voice on the management of their services. Job Description: Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, you will work at the very heart of the marketing activity, operating core tools and channels for their website, blogs/vlogs, SEO, content management systems, email marketing, generating content for social media and other, more traditional marketing activities. To be considered for this role, you must have experience of marketing, with an understanding of the following disciplines: WordPress or similar CMS SEO Website content creation Photography and image editing (video editing would also be an advantage but can be taught) CRM / Email marketing Google analytics Social media marketing Canva The appointee must have excellent written communication skills and be comfortable communicating with members of the business at all levels. A background in private healthcare would be advantageous. The successful applicant will also be required to carry out tasks as required by their respective line manager which may, at times, fall outside the immediate scope of marketing. This is a great opportunity to be an essential part of the marketing strategy, in a very hands-on role, where you will learn a lot and develop your career substantially. Previous experience in marketing is an essential requirement for the post. T his role is a standalone role based in our Head Office at South Bar Street, Banbury so an ideal candidate would be someone who can work independently much of the time rather than as a part of large marketing team..
