As we expand across the UK, we are seeking a talented and passionate Marketing Executive to help elevate our brand, engage with diverse audiences, and support our restaurant’s continued success. Job Title: Marketing Executive (Bilingual – Mandarin & English) Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive who is fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with a strong understanding of UK and Chinese food cultures. You will lead and execute marketing strategies that build brand visibility, attract new customers, and enhance customer engagement across all platforms. You will also manage social media channels, digital content, and support promotional campaigns tailored for our multicultural customer base. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement both online and offline marketing strategies aligned with the restaurant’s goals. Understand and apply cultural insights from Chinese and UK food scenes in campaigns. Plan and coordinate seasonal promotions, launch events, partnerships, and collaborations. Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, TikTok etc.). Create engaging bilingual content, including posts, short videos, and stories that reflect our brand and cuisine. Monitor engagement, trends, and performance analytics. Content & Branding: Work closely with designers and photographers to ensure high-quality visuals and branding consistency. Produce bilingual marketing materials, including menus, posters, and online content. Customer & Community Engagement: Support the creation of loyalty programmes and community-based marketing events. Respond to customer feedback and reviews across platforms in both languages. Collaboration: Work closely with the restaurant operations and management teams to align marketing efforts with business needs. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or food industry. Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital tools. Excellent bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and English. Knowledge of Chinese and UK dining cultures, especially Sichuan cuisine, is a plus. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
