Our staff are hard-working, smart, goal-oriented and creative and we are seeking a proactive and digitally-savvy Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a graduate with a strong academic background in Business or Marketing and hands-on experience with digital marketing tools. The ideal candidate will contribute to developing and delivering high-impact campaigns that support business expansion and engagement goals across various digital channels. Key Responsibilities Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web. Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign strategies. Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters that aligns with brand tone and marketing objectives. Coordinate with design and digital teams to produce high-quality campaign materials using tools such as Canva. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social platform insights. Support CRM and customer engagement initiatives, including segmentation and automated campaigns. Maintain and update the company website and marketing assets and apply principles of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve visibility and traffic. Contribute to the strategic growth of our digital presence by identifying emerging trends and opportunities. Requirements A graduate degree in International Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. At least one year of hands-on experience in Canva, Google Analytics, and major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter). Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable campaigns. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. High attention to detail and strong organisational and project coordination skills. On the job training The successful candidate will be trained on all job functions, especially specific solutions related items, however there will be great emphasis to think independently and take initiatives themselves and to be creative to generate new marketing content Contacts and Relationships The successful candidate will have contact with all sales department at all levels in all locations, including partner and related companies..
