Main duties of the job The Duty Worker role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be the first point of contact for individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental health issues. What You'll Do: Provide initial assessment and support to new and known service users. Offer expert guidance and information to healthcare professionals. Conduct urgent assessments for individuals needing immediate help. Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. What We're Looking For: Strong initiative and self-motivation.
