Company Description Boutique Hotel Role Description This is a full-time Night Duty Manager role located on-site at 54 Queen's Gate Hotel Limited in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Night Duty Manager will oversee the nightly operations of the hotel, ensure the safety and security of all guests and handle guest inquiries and concerns, and oversee the nightly audit and reporting processes. Additional responsibilities include coordinating emergency procedures, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service, and addressing maintenance issues as they arise. Qualifications Strong management and leadership skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience with safety and security protocols Proficient in night audit procedures and reporting Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns effectively Flexibility to work night shifts Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
