Job summary Exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 3 nursing assistant to work on our elective and emergency surgical ward, NSECH 15. The role involves assisting qualified nursing staff in the delivery in the high quality direct and indirect patient care, to provide assistance and support to patients, carers and the multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will maintain high clinical standards. Main duties of the job Reporting to the Ward 15 manager and deputy line managers, the individuals will be responsible for assisting the qualified staff with caring for patients, this includes; Personal care, collecting observations and escalating concerns to senior staff, able to accurately record documentation and the ability to use multiple digital systems.
