Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Pain, Anaesthetics, Critical Care and Theatres (PACCT) service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Central PAC Pre-Assessment waiting lists and will be expected to work closely with surgical, nursing and managerial teams. Main duties of the job The role is pivotal in ensuring that the service meets agreed objectives and challenging targets, you will work closely with the Nursing teams,the PACCT Management Team and anaesthetic consultants. Supported by the Scheduled Activity Support Manager. Take a lead role in the modernisation of systems required to continually improve service delivery in this area. The ideal applicant willengage with a wide range of stakeholders and will be required to work flexibly within the wider multi-disciplinary team. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
