We are looking for a Principal Employee Relations Advisor to join our brilliant team, bringing expertise, leadership, and a passion for fostering partnership working and positive work environments. As a Band 7 Principal Employee Relations Advisor , you will: Be care group aligned leading on complex employee relations cases, providing expert advice and guidance; Line manage a team of Senior Employee Relations Advisors however have oversight of practice within your reporting structure; Develop and implement policies that support a fair and inclusive workplace; Support managers in resolving workplace issues effectively and in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices; Drive initiatives that enhance the employee relations team and the service provided. Review casework and take steps to ensure the team operates a continuous and shared learning review process #TeamNottsHC comprises over 11,000 dedicated colleagues who #MakeADifference every day.
