Job Description
Requirements Must have: I am seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end digital products in enterprise environments. You should have extensive experience working in Agile settings, particularly within SCRUM teams, leading discovery, refinement, and delivery phases. A solid understanding of technical systems, including Microsoft Azure, DevOps, Pipelines, and Sitecore, is essential, along with core technology principles that support them. Additionally, I expect you to have experience managing live products and utilizing key performance indicators to measure success and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities: In this role, I will expect you to lead the development and delivery of digital products and platforms, ensuring they align with our mission and perform seamlessly within complex technical environments. You will shape product strategy and roadmaps, translating user needs and business goals into clear requirements, and overseeing the build and deployment of new features and enhancements. Collaboration with stakeholders and teams is key, as you will act as a trusted technical advisor and help to implement a modern, scalable architecture. You will champion Agile ways of working, manage Product Owners, support the SCRUM community, and drive continuous improvement while demonstrating the ROI of our digital delivery efforts. Furthermore, you will set standards, share knowledge, document new products and processes, embed user insights, and promote a culture of digital innovation. Company: This is a fixed-term contract for 18 months. The role supports blended working arrangements, allowing you to work both from home and from our London office. I value the power of being together, so I encourage colleagues on blended contracts to spend time in the office, at least one day each week on average. The use of office spaces will be driven by your role and necessary activities, which may vary over time, requiring flexibility to unlock your best work for our cause. We value and respect every individual’s unique contributions, celebrate diversity, and incorporate inclusion into our daily practices. Our Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Strategy, ignited by our internal EDI group and various employee network groups, fosters an environment where all colleagues and volunteers can thrive. The interview process begins with a short video interview, followed by an MS Teams interview for successful candidates. To apply for this role, please submit your CV and a supporting statement that outlines your interest and how you meet the role's criteria. To promote inclusivity, we will utilize anonymous CV software throughout the application process.. Location : High Street, SE20 7EJ London
